I specialize in the full landscape of women's lives, from the physical and emotional shifts of the perinatal period, to eating and body image struggles at any age, to the complexity of love and partnership. Working with women is where my work resonates most deeply: many of my clients come in navigating perfectionism, feeling stretched too thin, quiet overwhelm, or the weight of holding a relationship together.
My approach is holistic, grounded, and authentic - shaped by a decade of teaching Pilates before I trained as a therapist, and by the evidence-based practices I draw from now: Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Somatic work through a trauma-informed lens. That means we tend to both your mind and your body in the context of your story, not just what is happening on the surface.
Therapy with me is more than short-term tools. My goal is long-term pattern change, helping you meet yourself more fully through deep connection with your inner world. You are not becoming someone new. You are coming home to who you already are.
